See amid the Winter's Snow

This lesser-known Christmas carol has been arranged by David Galvin for solo voice and piano in a simple manner which brings out the meaning of the text. Two lines of text underlying the second stanza may be chosen from to focus more on the Nativity narrative, or on our relationship to Christ. The piano’s countermelody weaves with the main melody in the conclusion to create a satisfying ending to this beautiful carol.
