The King in His Beauty

The author Adoniram Judson Gordon (1836-1895) was a prominent Baptist pastor and ardent supporter of foreign missions. He established Gordon College in Boston, Mass as a missionary training institute. He was a prolific author of books and also wrote well known hymns as “My Jesus, I Love Thee” (lyrics and music) and “In Tenderness He Sought Me” (music). Set to new music, “The King in His Beauty” captures the wonder, excitement, and awe of meeting Christ in heaven.
